Asian GreenBeans Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 45g (1/4 cup) raw cashews
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons peanut oil
  • 2 teaspoon Just Foods Organic Crushed Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Just Foods Organic Crushed Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Just Foods Organic Crushed Chilli
  • 400g green beans, trimmed, thinly sliced lengthways
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce

METHOD

  1. Toast the cashews and sesame seeds in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat for 2 minutes or until golden. Set aside onto a plate.
  2. Add oil to the wok and heat over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the ginger, garlic and chilli for 30 seconds until aromatic.
  3. Add the green beans and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the soy sauce. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes or until the green beans are just tender. Toss through the cashews and sesame seeds to serve.
