Ginger & Soy Grilled Chicken Breast

INGREDIENTS

  • 95g (1/4 cup) hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Just Foods Organic Crushed Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Just Foods Organic Crushed Ginger
  • 4 chicken breast fillets

METHOD

  1. Combine the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a jug or small bowl. Place the chicken in a large bowl and pour over the hoisin mixture. Toss chicken to coat and marinate for 5 minutes.
  2. Preheat a barbecue grill or grill pan on medium heat. Cook chicken on grill for 7-8 minutes each side or until cooked through. Slice chicken thickly across the grain.
  3. Serve with our Asian Watercress Salad.
