Ginger & Soy Grilled Chicken Breast

INGREDIENTS
- 95g (1/4 cup) hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Just Foods Organic Crushed Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Just Foods Organic Crushed Ginger
- 4 chicken breast fillets
METHOD
- Combine the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a jug or small bowl. Place the chicken in a large bowl and pour over the hoisin mixture. Toss chicken to coat and marinate for 5 minutes.
- Preheat a barbecue grill or grill pan on medium heat. Cook chicken on grill for 7-8 minutes each side or until cooked through. Slice chicken thickly across the grain.
- Serve with our Asian Watercress Salad.
