Easy Garlic bread

INGREDIENTS
- 1 sourdough loaf
- 125g butter, softened
- 5 teaspoons Just Foods Organic Crushed Garlic
- 2 tablespoons fresh flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180C (fan-forced).
- Slice bread into 1-1.5cm thick slices; avoid slicing the whole way through to keep bread in tact.
- Combine softened butter, garlic and parsley in a bowl.
- Spread each cut side of bread with butter mixture then wrap bread loaf in foil and place on a baking tray.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until butter mixture has melted. Unwrap garlic bread and bake for a further 5 minutes until golden and crisp and serve.
