Easy Garlic bread

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 sourdough loaf
  • 125g butter, softened
  • 5 teaspoons Just Foods Organic Crushed Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180C (fan-forced).
  2. Slice bread into 1-1.5cm thick slices; avoid slicing the whole way through to keep bread in tact.
  3. Combine softened butter, garlic and parsley in a bowl.
  4. Spread each cut side of bread with butter mixture then wrap bread loaf in foil and place on a baking tray.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until butter mixture has melted. Unwrap garlic bread and bake for a further 5 minutes until golden and crisp and serve.
